JOB PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0SUPPORT <\/p>\n <\/p>\n RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n Support\u00a0Tech Tonic\u2019s Managed Service and Break Fix clients desktop and network needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop\u00a0documentation on the various IT support processes used internally<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Respond to Managed Services clients support requests in under 5 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage\u00a0customers service request and remediation, start to finish<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Consistently meet and exceed\u00a0support goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Some website design and development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide input to management based on customer\u00a0support needs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n POSITION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n An Associate\u2019s Degree<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A minimum of 2 years\u00a0IT Support or 10 years website design and development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven professional customer relation\u00a0skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Business-to-Business customer relations\u00a0experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong qualification and closing skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to create detailed but concise documentation, with screenshots, quickly and accurately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong Relationship skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proficient in MS Office Products, HTML, CSS, Current web CMS systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness, and passion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Highly motivated with focused ambition and drive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The ability to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the IT support\u00a0cycle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Solution oriented<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A Self-Starter but capable of working in a team environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Live within a 30 mile radius of TT Headquarters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Possess a valid driver\u2019s license and vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Expertise in Connectwise Automate (formerly Labtech) or similar RMM solution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience working with business owners and internal directors of IT<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality IT Support\u00a0process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience in being part of a small and\/or medium size and growing organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability \/ Experience with researching and successfully troubleshooting home computer\\network issues(have fixed at least some of your own issues you’ve faced in the past)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A College Degree<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n LOCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n Tech Tonics office is located in the Warrington, PA.\u00a0 Clients are typically located in the Greater Philadelphia region.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n COMPENSATION<\/strong><\/p>\n An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of salary and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ABOUT OUR COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Bucks County, PA, Tech Tonics primary goal is to eliminate the burden of IT related problems for our clients.
