JOB PROFILE: SUPPORT
JOB TITLE: Level 2 Technician


TECH TONICS
, A Warrington, PA based Provider of Full Service, Managed Technology Support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide resolutions for escalated service tickets
  • Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems, both remotely and on-site
  • Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes
  • Microsoft Server / Active Directory system administration and server migration
  • Configure and support internal and/or external networks
  • Troubleshoot server and network performance
  • Maintain and enter a daily log of completed work using an incident-tracking application


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years recent computer, server, and network administration/troubleshooting experience
  • Proven professional customer support skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proficient with MS Server OS, MS Active Directory, MS Cloud systems
  • Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
  • Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and other server applications
  • Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to create detailed but concise documentation, with screenshots, quickly and accurately
  • Strong Relationship skills

  • Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support
  • Live within a 30 mile radius of TT HeadquartersPossess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.


DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Expertise in Connectwise Automate (formerly Labtech) or similar RMM solution
  • Experience working with business owners and internal directors of IT
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server migrations, Active Directory Migrations
  • Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality IT Support process
  • Experience in being part of a small and/or medium size and growing organization.
  • Ability / Experience with researching and successfully troubleshooting home computer\network issues(have fixed at least some of your own issues you’ve faced in the past)
  • Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, VCP
  • A College Degree

 

LOCATION

The primary territory for this position will be the Delaware Valley.

 

COMPENSATION
